Choosing a model (HOME hub)

On the HOME page, check a roof shade or a foundation box under Exterior Options — the 2D slideshow jumps to that model's renderings. The pink caption on the picture names whichever one is currently loaded.

You can jump straight to a foundation type by checking its box under FOUNDATION in the Exterior Options column — the viewer jumps to match.

Browsing the renderings

Hover or tap the right half of the picture to move forward through that model's views, or the left half to go back. The slideshow also advances on its own every 10 seconds, and the dots underneath show where you are in the sequence.

Open the 3D Model page

In the top nav, tap 3D Model (or go to 3D Model). That page is a working 3D studio — not the HOME slideshow. Use it to try foundations, openings, solar, and finishes before you email a quote inquiry.

Layout: OPTIONS on the left, the 3D viewport in the middle, and tools (opacity, section, measure, paint, studio lights) on the right. Hover any control for a tip in the black header band.

3D Exterior options (change the model)

Use Exterior / Interior at the top of OPTIONS to switch lists.

FOUNDATION — check one: Slab, Pier, Raised 2 ft, or Raised 4 ft. That loads the matching assembled 3D unit. Slab is at grade (no stairs or ramp).

STAIRS / RAMP — Front and/or Rear on pier or raised units. Same-side stairs and ramp cannot both be on; a ramp includes stairs on that side.

ROOF — Front and/or Rear roof extensions on the 3D shade (separate from the HOME 2D short/long shade slideshow).

WINDOWS — off by default. Check one finish to show window units: Wood (teak), Vinyl (white), or Aluminum (metal gray). Only one finish stays checked. Glass panes use a clear glass look.

DOORS — Interior and/or Exterior units, off by default. Opening framing stays when doors are off. Exterior door glass gets the glass look when Exterior doors are on.

PANELLING — Wood turns exterior CDX and interior drywall on together. Off (default) shows framing only.

SOLAR SYSTEM — Basic System shows the roof panel array; Storage (Battery) shows the wall-mounted battery. Both are off by default.

3D Interior options (notes only)

Flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and lighting checkboxes note what you want quoted. They do not change the 3D mesh yet — include them in your Contact message.

Orbit and view bar

Drag the model to orbit, scroll to zoom, middle-drag to pan. Auto rotate turns slow spin on or off. Zoom all fits the whole unit. Opacity toggles solid vs see-through so you can look inside.

3D tools (right column)

Opacity — slider from solid to see-through.

Section — cut by Height (up), X (east–west), or Y (north–south). Use Look down (plan), Look X, Look Y, then Orbit view to return to drag-rotate.

Measure — Two points: click two spots (snap to vertex is on by default). Esc cancels the first point. Readout shows total length and ΔX / ΔY / ΔZ in inches, mm, or both. Clear removes markers. Orbit drag is ignored while measuring.

Paint (bucket) — pick a color and/or a texture swatch, then click parts. Direction (Horizontal / Vertical) and Scale arm the next click only; each part keeps its own setting. Paint off stops the color; Clear all removes every paint and texture. Measure mode turns the bucket off while you measure.

Studio (six sides) — Front, Rear, Left, Right, Top, Bottom from dark to bright (no world sun). Presets: Even, Key, Sides off. Soft equal fill stays under the six.

Picking options on HOME

On the HOME hub, check boxes next to Exterior or Interior items to note what you'd like included — see the option-by-option notes below. Roof shades and foundation boxes also drive the 2D slideshow.

*OPTIONS

In addition to, or in place of the basic items for a build, you may add or upgrade packages using the available options.

-RAMP: This option allows wheel chair access , you can add a RAMP to the front or/and rear of the building in combination with stairs ( please see the " 4 feet high, Raised Concrete Foundation" on HOME, or turn Front/Rear Ramp on under Exterior on the 3D Model page).

-STAIRS: For units installed on raised foundations 2 feet and higher ( please see the " 2 feet high, Raised Concrete Foundation" on HOME, or Front/Rear Stairs on the 3D Model page). Design your own, it can be delivered to you in a Flat-Pack.

-DOORS: Doors are not included in the Basic Package. We can order and deliver upon your request. Custom designed doors can be made in house and to your specifications, you can design your own! ask for it in your inquiry. On the 3D Model page, check Interior and/or Exterior under DOORS to preview units (glass lite on exterior doors when Exterior is on).

-WINDOWS: Windows are not included in the Basic Package. We can order and deliver upon your request. On the 3D Model page, check one WINDOWS finish (Wood, Vinyl, or Aluminum) to show units — glass panes are clear.

-ROOF: The Basic ROOF is 5" wider than the unit's foot print( please see the " Basic 800-SF Floor Plan Short Roof " to get an idea), in the rear of the unit, the Short Shade OPTION extends 5', and the Long Shade 10' to cover a porch. In front of the building, the Short Shade OPTION extends 6', and the Long Shade 16' to provide a covered parking. On the 3D Model page, use ROOF Front / Rear for the live shade extensions.

-FOUNDATION: Check the box next to the foundation system for your project. Different types of foundations may have additional hardware provided in their Flat-Pack. The same four choices load the 3D unit on the 3D Model page.

-EXT. FINISH : The Basic choice for Exterior Finish is wood siding, you can always upgrade to a different exterior finish to match the exterior of your main house. On the 3D Model page, PANELLING Wood shows CDX sheathing and drywall together; leave it off for framing-only. Use Paint / Texture to try other looks for your inquiry.

-SOLAR SYSTEM: A solar system would lower energy costs. An added battery can save the generated solar power as well as allowing purchase of the cheaper energy during the off- peak hours.The stored power can be used or sold back to your provider for credits. This OPTION is highly desirable. On the 3D Model page, check Basic System and/or Storage (Battery) under SOLAR SYSTEM to preview the array and wall battery.
